Hello Eva... I know, not a subscriber. I don't *use* any of this. But I do always scan your newsletter and I am always amazed at all it contains! 🙏❤️🤗👏
I'm looking forward to hearing what other writers say about Instagram, since I've been trying to make the switch as well. Personally, I couldn't agree with you more - it seems largely to be a place where writers share pics of their gardens, families, and books, but without the concrete information we can get from the Twitter writing community.
I have joined a group of other writers on Instagram, but they seem to use it for doing giveaways of their books and taking pictures of their books in various locations and posting screenshots of good reviews of their books and I just... I wonder how well that actually works to build a fan base. I suppose I should ask them. I guess I'm still learning about Instagram... and I'm still not really liking it.
I think your description of Instagram for writers is spot on! While I do love coffee, and books, for some reason this has always been a struggle for me, too (basically, I've started and stopped a number of times)! I hope you get some solid information!

Thank you! I try to make it as helpful as possible. Unfortunately I get a lot of my info from Twitter!!
